Finally, tomorrow I start work at my new job. I can't wait to see how my life will turn out✨.
So today I'm full of energy....
When you open the bottle, it smells like coffee or café au lait.
The mouthfeel is smooth & mellow. It's sweet and full-bodied, like drinking coffee milk!
The taste is stable throughout, but after a while, the tangy pungency of brewer's alcohol comes out.
And the sake itself is smooth and silky, so despite the flavor, it flows surprisingly easily👍.
If the weather is clear, it would be nice to enjoy a cup of sake with a view of Mt. Fuji... I will continue on the same path as my ancestors!
