Kanagawa Local Sake
My wife, worried about the stock in the fridge, bought this at the supermarket. My wife is steadily becoming a sake lover 😁😁.
The brewery, Koganei Shuzo, is located in Nanasawa Onsen-kyo, a hot spring village known for its smooth, slippery, power spot water. We stopped by the brewery once, but did not purchase the sake at the time, so this was our first time drinking it!
It is easy to drink with a well-balanced flavor and dry aftertaste, delicious 🍶✨.
