This one was fire-aged, so I thought it was still good, but the summer sake has been pushing me to delay my turn 😅😅 so I think it's time to start drinking it now🎶🍶.
Let's start with the aroma🎶✨️Ginjo aroma like a gorgeous pineapple🍍 that will whet your appetite for sake✨️😆.
In the mouth, as the secret tasting sheet says, it has a surprisingly light and delicate finish with a dignified coolness and a dry aftertaste 😋✨️ and it can be enjoyed as a classic style heated sake when the sake temperature is raised. I will try it heated tomorrow as I didn't intend to do so today 🎶🍶😉.
I had it later in the day 🎶🍶 heated to the highest temperature.
The aroma has calmed down considerably 😉 ✨️😉.
In the mouth, the umami spreads out and becomes quite dry 🍶🍶It's strange 😆 It becomes really classic, which is what it is 🎶😉😉.
