This sake is brewed with a yeast called Kyo no Koto, famous water from Fushimi, and Kyoto's celebrated sake brewing rice.
When you drink it, there is no sweetness. It has a strong umami taste and lingers in the aftertaste. It goes surprisingly well with food. It is suitable as a food sake.
