Light entrance, but you soon realize it is a delicious mouthful.
The sweetness and acidity are moderate, but the impression is soft and gentle.
It is not flashy, but rather a middle-of-the-palate sake, and seems to complement Japanese food well.
The umami lingers in the back of the mouth, but a bit of astringency and bitterness assert themselves from the middle part of the mouth, but they are not unpleasant.
I noticed that it was aged for a year after I finished it.
