Yamazan Sake Brewery is a sake brewery founded in 1867 in Ueda, Shinshu, Japan, which resumed sake production in February 2023 after a dormant period since 2015. Rooted in the local community, the brewery is committed to making attractive sake through a fusion of tradition and innovation, paying attention to every grain of rice and drop of water. Please enjoy "Sanada Rokubun Sen," named after the family crest of the Sanada family of Shinshu Ueda, which was inherited from the previous generation, and "Yamasan," a new brand named after the brewery.
The color is clear and contains a few fine bubbles.
The aroma is sweet, and in the mouth it has a sour and sweet taste with a good aftertaste!
