もよもよ
This is a sake from Ibaraki Prefecture. It is said to be a sake that was packed in bottles and kept in refrigerated storage during the summer. The label reads "Taiheikai" in Edo script, with gold letters on a red label.
The taste of the sake gave me a great sense of kyoho (grape). In addition to the sour sweetness, there is a nice little bitterness in the aftertaste. Fruity and delicious. It is also a bit dark because it has been laid down.
It's a fruity sake, so I think it will be accepted by many people. It is easy to drink, but it is also thick and drinkable.
