When I lived in Akita, I used to go to Sendai to eat Seri nabe 😁Sweet and sour sake 🍶 seems to go well with the delicious bitterness of Seri 😃.

I buy seri from a nearby seri farmer and eat them, they are so crispy and delicious 😋.
