Sake Drinking at Rasai (⑫)
Next up was my favorite old sake from Tedorigawa (^o^) I had just studied about mature sake at the recent sake taster brush-up training! I had just learned about mature sake at the sake taster's brush-up training the other day! It is also my favorite Tetorigawa!
The aroma is rich, like nuts and dried fruits. From there, the sweetness is firm and the umami flavor permeates the mouth. It also has a long aftertaste. I don't remember if it has a typical Tedorigawa flavor. I heard that sweets go well with this kind of sake, and I thought it would go well with yokan (a type of sweet bean jelly).
