Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 15-16 degrees, Sake degree +3.0
It is quite amber in color.
It is a full-bodied sake with the taste of rice.
It was introduced on the brewer's website as a "sake brewing process", but I couldn't understand it well at the moment. (^◇^;)💦I'm going to look into it a little more.
