The initial aroma is a little tannic. When you drink it, you get the impression of sweet, sour, bitter, and fruity. There is also a slight carbonation. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter and lingers gradually. The lingering aroma is also fruity. It can be enjoyed both during meals and on its own. It has a rather sweet and robust taste, but it is easy to drink at 13 ºC, so you can drink it without hesitation. It is delicious.
It goes well with the sashimi of bottoro from the supermarket with plenty of soy sauce on it.
My favorite!
