At "Toast with Local Sake in Tochigi Festa 2023
It has a calm fruity and light mouthfeel. The soft citrus acidity and a bit of sweetness were well-balanced and swelled in the mouth, and it was easy to drink with a clear taste while savoring its firm richness.
I wish I could have bought it in a souvenir mini-bottle 😚.

I wish I could have put the cups in the same picture as Jay & Nobby's so we could see the color of the sake 🤔There was no place to put them and it was crowded 😅... 😅.
