Since it is Christmas Eve, I chose this one with a label that looks like it (more like New Year's?). It has a freshness typical of new sake with a slight effervescence.
It has the freshness of new sake, with a slight effervescence. It has a rich sweetness and a fresh, fruity flavor, but it also has a sake feel to it, giving it a perfect balance. I have had many Kihotsuru this year, and the new sake is also excellent.
