A group of local volunteers who had never brewed sake before
This sake was made by a group of local volunteers who had never brewed sake before.
They started rice cultivation in 2021
and now it will be unveiled for the first time in May 2022 😆.

Haruei Chichi ☝️Danna bought it for me as a souvenir so I don't know the full story but it's probably still only available in Higashimine village 🤔.
I heard Danna went to Kataoka Sake Brewery and bought it🙆.

Kataoka Shuzo seems to be producing a sake called Houjuzan, so maybe you can buy it at any store that sells Houjuzan even if you don't go to Toho.
I've never even seen Houjuzan though 🤣.

honda-san 😆 I checked and there are 2 stores around Minami-ku that carry Kataoka Sake Brewery 😆 You shouldn't see many of them 😂.
Minami-ku is far from my house, so I guess I'll get it in Tobu-mura sooner 🤣.
