First Machida.
After the fruit aroma that is not that strong, it has a refreshing sweetness, acidity and gas. A slight bitterness finishes it off nicely. The punch is weaker than the Zijima I was drinking with it, so I felt it was slightly lacking, but the drinkability is definitely Machida. Fear of 16 degrees alcohol.

I drank it over 4 days and the further I went, the better it tasted. Next time I'll try another rice. Looking forward to it.
