Surprisingly first time? I'm going to have a cup of Minimuro Sugi (^o^) Hana Kyun! The aroma is like melon and peach🍈🍑and there is also a hint of fresh powder! When you drink it, it has sweetness and a slight carbonation! The umami that is typical of Omachi also comes from there, and the acidity and bitterness are moderate. The aftertaste is firm, but the slight carbonation gives it a nice sharpness. The spring-like label makes you feel spring, and when you drink it, you will be in the full bloom of spring with its sweet and sour taste and bitterness! It is well balanced and does not interfere with meals. It goes well with even bitter spring foods! I'm squeamish (lol).
