Here is today's drink! This is "MIYASAKA Lab Multi-Acid Yeast Specification" from Miyasaka Brewery, which brews Masumi, from Nagano Prefecture. The acidity is outstanding, and it goes in smoothly as if it were a low alcohol. I don't know if it is a new type or not, but it is a new type.
