One of the Nabeshima bottles I bought in Beppu.
It is mellow and slightly gassy.
It has a very sharp throat and a strong alcohol taste.
The special junmai that I have seen recently has a light green label, but this time it was white.
When I visited Hizen Hamajuku the other day, I found only one bottle of Summer Moon, a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki, and a bottle of Special Junmai at a store near the brewery.
Well, Nabeshima, it is delicious. I wanted to buy a bottle to take home.
