ZIMA
This is another bottle of sake that I purchased when I visited the brewery the other day. This one has great balance too! It's not too sweet, but it's piquant and has some acidity.
It has the same direction as the Zanzo Horai I drank first, and both are very tasty, but I think I prefer the Dewa Sanzang 60 now.
