20% polished junmai sake. It is not as robust as expected, but has a stronger acidity than expected. A hint of sweetness comes later. It has a strong sharpness, so it seems to go well with foods with a strong flavor. It is a winner with oden. It is delicious, but unfortunately, there is no best match for today's table. ★★★☆☆
