My favorite Ona opening! Special Junmai Ichikanzukuri made with Nasu Gohyakumangoku The aroma and flavor are clean and melon-like. It is very clean and goes down the throat without any resistance. ✨️ The lingering taste is accented by a slight bitterness and a tangy sensation on the tongue that is typical of Gohyakumangoku. The last time I had the super-harsh junmai, but anyway, the dry Ona goes well with rice as a mid-meal sake☺. The cycle of eating and drinking never stops 🌀 The super-harsh one was characterized by a lingering umami taste, but this one seemed easy to drink anyway!

Hi Jay & Nobby 🌙! The amazing part is that it tastes great and combined with rice, it makes it gooey! Especially with white rice 🍚. I'm amazed at how much I drank when I look at the bottle!
