I just had some sakes I wanted to compare, so I will drink them on Saturday.
The first one is Junmai Ginjo.
It is delicious with a good balance of sweet and sour to my liking. It makes the mid-meal one even better. If you want to drink it forever, this might be the one.
I was drinking it slower than my normal pace.
