It has a sweet strawberry-like aroma with a tangy gasiness.
This just the right amount of gas keeps the sweetness in check, and a slight bitterness follows.
We enjoyed it with sukiyaki Miyazaki beef, which we received as a tax-deductible gift from our hometown.
