A new series of Kuroryu with different sake rice! Brewed with Kuroryu's original method and brewer's yeast!
Is it sake rice from Hokkaido? ☺️ It has a good reputation!
Day 1! A typical elegant Kuroryu! It's good, but it's hard to tell the difference from other Kuroryu, or is it too hard? Maybe I expected too much...? 🧐
3rd day! It's sweet! The tart, elegant sweetness spreads in a ripe banana-like manner ☺️ It's quite sweet, but the elegant bitterness makes me drink more and more of it!
This change is why I can't stop drinking at home!
