ヱセ飲ん兵衛
Up in a row.
I'm finally catching up.
I saw the information on the blog of the liquor store I always go to, so I bought it.
In a bottle, of course!
Compared to the last Kinmonnishiki, it has a stronger pine aroma, and the sweetness is stronger than the acidity.
I paired it with sashimi of sea bream, but I think it's more for sipping on its own than as a sake for a meal.
