初めての日本酒は田酒
The 10th cup. Junmai Ginjo by Tobiroki. I have been wanting to try Tobiroki as a food sake ever since I learned about the brewer's philosophy and attitude.
In fact, I was lucky enough to buy a bottle of Tobiroki the other day and was thinking about when to drink it when I came across it at this store, so I decided to taste it on the spur of the moment. It's a good neutral. Neutral in a good way. This is easy to drink. Well, I'll taste it at home (laughs).
