Horaiizumi Junmai Yawaguchi Genshu "A" 13% Genshu Raw Sake
Raw material rice: Yumesansui
Yeast No.6
Alcohol content 13 degrees
Rice polishing ratio 55%.
It seems to be a special order sake only for three liquor shops in Nagoya, OHTAKE, Chitashige, and Shusendo Horiichi.
All three are wonderful liquor stores.
When the bottle is opened, a fruity and gentle ginjo aroma like apple 🍎 is quietly smelled.
In the mouth, the sweetness of the rice spreads and at the same time, the beautiful acidity tightens up, and you can feel the long aftertaste.
It's a bit contradictory, but that's the way it is😅.
It's clean and refreshing, but with a solid flavor that makes it a perfect low-alcohol raw sake (another lost comment😅).
It's delicious.
Happy.

Hello, Alalala😃.
I was in Otake yesterday and they had a limited edition Houraisen at these three stores, but I bought two empty bottles of namaishu so I passed on it 😅I knew it would be good👍.

Good morning, takeshon 😃It was delicious. Although, two empty raw sake bottles are more destructive😅.
