Yamakatsu
This is "100 sake tasters" from Sawanotsuru Sake Brewery in Nada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The sake is made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice from Banshu and brewed with Nada miyamizu (miyamizu water from Nada).
The alcohol content is high at 18.5%, so I served it on the rocks.
Even so, it is a delicious sake with a good balance of full flavor, sweetness, gorgeous aroma, and refreshing acidity.
