The top aroma is of junmai type. When you drink it, a slight carbonation spreads and it is sweet and bitter. The overtone aroma is also fruity. It is rather heavy, or rather solid, but not that heavy. It is delicious. Although it is called "nigori," it has a light nigori taste, and the carbonation is also slightly carbonated. Is it similar to Kuroemon XVI? The sweetness and bitterness coexist. If you drink it thinking it is sweet, you feel the bitterness, and if you drink it thinking it is bitter, you feel the sweetness. It is good both on its own and during a meal, but it seems to be better during a meal.
