I heard that a nice sushi restaurant opened in my neighborhood. It has been a long time since I have posted here.
The owner's choice was Bon, which is not a hard and spicy Junmai sake! It is not a hard and spicy sake, but a full-bodied and easy-drinking sake with a robust flavor of umami and sweetness. It is easy to drink with a full-bodied, umami-sweet flavor. The sense of seme in the overtone was distinctive.
Now, the restaurant is nice. The ingredients are of high quality, as the owner purchases them from Toyosu every morning. However, I have a good feeling that he does not leave the ingredients up to the owner, and that he gives us delicious seasonal vegetables.
Another restaurant I want to support has increased 😊.
