Light and dry, typical of Niigata. I did not heat it up due to the season, but I got the impression that the flavor would develop if it were left at room temperature for a bit.
It's not too obnoxious for a junmai sake, and I can easily recommend it to people who don't drink sake, but I personally prefer Houken, which was opened around the same time.

Purchased at the Niigata Fair. There are many sakes from Niigata and Nagano that I would like to drink, but they are hard to find for home drinking in Hiroshima 🫤.
