Hakugakusen Dry Junmai Shinkoku Nama
The aroma is soft, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a clear aroma of cucumber and a very refreshing aftertaste! Clear taste like water!
We drank it together while eating Genghis Khan, and we drank it in no time at all 😂.
It was quite a different impression compared to the fire-roasted one, the crimson one. In my opinion, this one is unusually more dry and light, with a fresh impression.
I think I prefer the hi-seasoned Shinken!
