Takatsugu
Having been recognized as a sake lover, I opened a bottle of Omachi Junmai Daiginjo from "Tamanomitsu" that I received.
From the first sip, it had a strong umami flavor and an honest taste that made my throat tighten. Although it is a junmai daiginjo, the umami comes to the fore rather than the flamboyance, and when served cold, it gives the impression of an honest young man who can't lie.
We started heating it up this year, as it is recommended to be served lukewarm. When heated, it gives the impression of a soft, honest young man with a gentle smile.
A bottle to enjoy the different impressions of how to drink sake. Delicious: ❗️
