The last was Okura-san. I wanted to drink this sake very, very much. What a stylish label! This sake is made with Kyokai 77 yeast. It is said to produce a lot of malic acid. Ohhhhh...! This aroma...! It's already delicious! When you include it, it is a definite umami! Fresh and deep flavor. It has an apple feeling, but that's not all. It seems to be packed with the flavor of the juice~! I became an Okura fan!
