Pair it with oden (Japanese stew).
It is lighter than one would expect from the rice polishing ratio, and although it has a slight acidity, it is gentle on the palate.
However, after swallowing, there was a strong sensation of warmth from the alcohol spreading into the esophagus.
I thought it would go well with oden, but I was right. It is very tasty.
