sk-hugoToday I'm going to try Hakkaisan, which is too famous for me to get my hands on. Yup! Sake with a fluffy, ricey flavor, which is typical of Hokkaido sake. The flavor is smooth and spreading, with a wonderfully clean finish! It is indeed good!
