Aizuhomare蔵の花ミニパック
ギョーザ
This is a cheap sake in a paper packet, but very tasty with a good balance of slight sweetness and gentle acidity.
As one would expect from a major sake manufacturer.
Since this sake is from Aizu, we had kozuyu, a local dish from Aizu, as a snack.
It was a very elegant and delicious dish.
