It was getting cold as the sun went down and I wanted some hot sake, so here I am.
I asked for the recommended one, and this is what I got.
It seemed to have some acidity, but it was delicious and went very quickly.
Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius
Polishing ratio 50%.
