軟式登山Sweet aroma with a hint of koji flavor. The gentle sweetness, umami, and acidity are in line with the aroma, and spread firmly on the palate. The slightly effervescent taste may be due to the fact that it is a draft sake.
The aftertaste is clean with a hint of sweetness.
It is a good sake.
The Kido I drank before was a bit acidic and had a strong habit of being unbalanced, but I think this one is beautifully finished.
