On the palate, the sweet and sour flavors of melon and muscat with a pleasant alcoholiness are impressive. The bitterness spreads as it lasts until the end. It's a nice blast of green grass, mint and alcohol blowing through the upright aroma. There is a gorgeous and powerful feeling of unfiltered raw sake. It's called the end of autumn, but it doesn't have a calm feeling, it's energetic.
To use a Ghibli analogy, it's the women at the Taraara Field in Princess Mononoke. It's not about any one person in particular, but everyone. You can feel the energy of working energetically even in a hard world.
