Today we had our first sake from Omine Shuzo in a long time😃.
According to the brewery's website.
This is a winter activated nigori sake with beautifully dancing bubbles in the bottle, just like snow. Please enjoy the winter harmony of milky acidity and deep rice-derived umami.
