It has a gaseous feeling that is typical of Kouyougiku.
At first it comes in smoothly.
When you swallow it, you can taste the sourness and the umami, and later, a slight bitterness.
Because of the acidity, you will feel saliva coming out of your mouth like when you see a pickled plum.
It was delicious.
