It has been a little while since I last visited Kangiku. This year's sake is a Junmai Daiginjo, which is a new version of Ginhai (a new sake), Shiroginhai❄️, and is a power-up from next year's Junmai Ginjo.
It has a sweet aroma like freshly cooked rice and green apples, which is typical of Kangiku. The taste is sweet and refreshing. It tastes sweet and refreshing, like a high-quality amazake without the stickiness (people call it Calpis soda for adults).
Although it is nigori sake, the flavor is not too strong and easy to drink.
Kangiku is still delicious ✨I'm also happy with the cosy price of around 2,000 yen for an unfiltered pure rice daiginjo: ☺️
