Kimasa's Autumn Agari. There you have it, the Aki Agari. This is the most robust of the Kishas. The ageing is certainly light, but the taste is quite light. I was supposed to go trekking in Hinohara village today, and have a bottle of Kishou at the hot spring... I knew I shouldn't have opened a bottle of Senkou Akatombo the day before. Today's Sunday is a good day for me.
