Fukushima Sake
Kasumi Romain Light Nigori Nama
ROMAN" is a sake made from water, rice, koji, and toji all produced in Fukushima prefecture.
When I drank a fire-brewed junmai ginjo before, I didn't feel so much sweetness, but this "Kasumi Romain" is very juicy and sweet.
But this "Kasumi Romain" is very juicy with a strong sweetness. Yet, the lightness of the mouthfeel makes it easy to drink. The sourness that comes afterwards is also nice. I think it is similar to Ocean99, which I drank the other day. I looked it up and found out that it is the sweetest sake in the "Romain" series. It was so delicious that I would like to buy a bottle if I have room in my fridge.
But I still have a lot of sake I want to buy...
