Haste
The cherry blossoms are falling, so I opened a bottle of Hanami sake that I had bought and stored. It has a soft sweetness with a fresh mouthfeel. It is low in alcohol, clear, and has a refreshing aftertaste. However, the taste is a little flat, but it tastes different when warmed to lukewarm.
