Sake brought by kan. I was secretly looking forward to seeing what kan and Jive would bring this time 😁. Chivalry! Personally, I like the name of this sake. I drink a lot of it when I go out for drinks, but I don't often buy it because there are so many different kinds, such as different BYs, and the price is high. I also like that it is wrapped in newspaper. It looks like Chochin from the same Aichi Prefecture. I've had a similar specs in the past, but this sake is creamy and bursting with the sweetness and umami of the rice. I think there was also a gaseous taste. According to Gyve's review and information from the liquor store, it is a blend of residuals from the original sake.

Good evening, Mr. Kan 😃. The labels are all so similar that it's hard for me to buy a bottle when I'm out drinking for the first time, or vice versa 💦.
