Fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is sweet and umami, and the aftertaste switches nicely, but the bitterness and alkalinity are not strong, and there is a perfect balance including the carbonation.
It may not be the way to go for sake, but it is delicious in its own way.
I tried various accompaniments such as steamed clams with sake, octopus and cucumber with kimchi, dried horse mackerel, pork cabbage, and cold tofu, but the combination with pork cabbage was the most delicious.
