Special Honjozo Honkari Sake Koshinohaketsu
It's been raining since the other day, so the kids' sports day was postponed, so we had a drink. It was fine today after all, but tomorrow's weather is doubtful, too. It might be postponed again. Even though it's in Niigata, such bad weather in May... I'm bummed.
This is a special honjozo honnama sake made with the aim of producing a low-alcohol, yet tasty, raw sake.
It is easy to drink, like clear, clean water.
It has a clear and clean taste like water, but with a delicious flavor and a crisp, light, dry taste.
As you return to room temperature from a crisp cold drink, the sweetness begins to swell, and the change is delicious.
It is good with a light and refreshing meal.
