Chitosekizuru light nigori with hibernating hikuma label 🐻.
When I opened the bottle, it made a nice sound as it popped vigorously. ❗️ There was a pool of oriki at the bottom of the bottle, so I poured the top clear liquid first, and it was shwashy and sweet and sour, followed by a slight woody aroma.
When mixed with the corkage, the sweetness is surprisingly reduced and the rice aroma increases, making it a dry adult calpis soda 😋.
